We are so pleased to confirm that we have signed up and committed to the Tech Talent Charter, a non-profit organisation that’s at the forefront of addressing inequality in the UK tech sector and driving diversity and inclusion in a practical and measurable way.

Our commitment to diversity and inclusion is in our DNA, evidenced through our thriving and diverse community of members and associates, as well as in our operating model that specifically enables part-time and flexible working to be inclusive of peoples’ varied needs and responsibilities. We know we can build on these beginnings and are proactively finding ways to further develop the diversity of our organisation across the board and work with talented people from groups that are typically underrepresented in our field.
